What is PielGlow?
PielGlow is a skincare and wellness tracking app run by Bloom & Balance, an independent business based in India. You can track your routine, products, daily habits and progress photos, and run an AI Glow Scan.
How does Glow Scan work?
You take 3 face photos and answer a short lifestyle quiz. The photos and answers are sent through our server to Google's Gemini API, which produces your skin observations and routine. We do not keep the scan photos on our servers.
Can PielGlow replace a dermatologist?
No. The Barrier Score, Breakout check and observations are general wellness estimates, not a diagnosis. For painful, persistent or worsening skin problems, please see a doctor or dermatologist.
Is PielGlow free?
Some features are free. Others, such as unlimited ingredient conflict checks, AI Glow Scan, trigger patterns and unlimited shelf items, need a paid Premium plan. See the Terms and Conditions for details.
Who can use PielGlow?
You must be at least 16 years old to use PielGlow.
How do I sign in?
You can sign up with email and password, or with Google or Apple where offered.
How is my data handled?
Your data is stored on your device, and in your cloud backup if you use Backup. Account, backup and file storage are hosted with Supabase in the United States. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
How do reminders work?
PielGlow sends reminders only if you allow push notifications and set them up in the app.
